Placing an order with 'House of Asher' constitutes the acceptance of terms.

Delivery
We endevour to despatch goods within three working days. However, it is likely goods will be despatched between 24-48 hours. These timescales are to be used as a guide only.  Please allow up to fourteen days for your order to arrive.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please contact us by email within 21days. We will then email you with instructions for return. Please do not return items without our consent. Post and packing charges will  not be refunded.

Cancellations
If you change your mind, orders may be cancelled within 7days of purchase. However, If an order has been despatched prior to cancellation, post and packing charges will not be refunded. Otherwise a full refund will be given via Paypal.

Damage in Transit
If items are damaged in transit or are found to be faulty on arrival, please let us know within 24hours (by email).  If the package arrived damaged please indicate this on the couriers delivery slip which you will sign. No claim may be made if damages are not reported within the timescale mentioned or indicated on the delivery ticket.

Faulty Items
All products are checked for flaws before leaving our store and are unlikely to be faulty unless damaged in transit. However, faulty items may be returned within fourteen days of purchase. Please contact us by email on how to return faulty items.
